Parishioner Tuition Rate
Since MIS is a ministry of Mary Immaculate Parish, reduced tuition is offered to Catholic families who register and support Mary Immaculate Parish at a minimum of $1000 by Dec. 15 of the previous calendar year.
New Students: Families new to Mary Immaculate School can make the $1000 donation to the church before or at the time enrollment is accepted to be eligible for supportive tuition status. Be sure to include your parish envelope ID number.
Current Students: Current school families must have contributed $1000+ to Mary Immaculate Parish by December 15 to receive supportive family rates for the next school year. Enrolled school families that do not complete the donation of $1000 by that time will be assessed the non-supportive rate for tuition.
Financial Aid
MIS’ tuition continues to be an excellent value when compared with tuition to neighboring private schools. However, we realize it can put a serious strain on some budgets. We strive to make MIS affordable for all and work with families in need of assistance. Priority Round for current families who need financial assistance for the 2025 - 2026 school year has opened as of October 20th. Please enter your FACTS Family Portal and complete your application for assistance no later than December 1, 2024. It is imperative that you complete the application sooner rather than later so that your student(s) can be considered for assistance from outside sources. The sooner your application is received and reviewed the better chance your family has to receive funds from sources other than the school. Please submit your application now! The Parishioner Tuition Rate (described above) includes reduced tuition for multiple students and a supportive tuition rate for eligible parishioner families. For all other forms of tuition assistance, a student/family must:
Meet the entrance requirements for admission at MIS
Be current with all financial obligations at any Diocesan Catholic school
Reapply each school year if assistance is needed
To demonstrate financial need you must complete the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment which includes W2 forms, a professionally prepared federal income tax statement, and possibly an IRS transcript.
Emergency Tuition Assistance
Emergency tuition assistance is available during the school year only to currently enrolled school families, on a limited basis, for those who demonstrate temporary need caused by death, major illness, or job loss. Please contact the school office for an application.
