7th & 8th Grade
Where Wonder Leads to Opportunities
In junior high, our students begin a period of discovery. They try new things and work to gain independence. Courses are designed to prepare our students for the rigor they will encounter in a college preparatory school. Our goal is to ensure that all of our graduates enter highschool ready to succeed.
Our faculty promotes respect for self, service to others, and a deeper understanding of our Faith. As the oldest students at MIS, they are role models for their younger peers and learn to hold themselves to a higher standard. Junior High students have the opportunity to participate in different electives that help form them inside of the classroom such as Speech and Drama, Faith and Finance, Robotics, and Forensics. All Junior High students participate in the Business Program.
