MIS Advisory Council
Board Meetings
The Advisory Council (AC) is established by the Pastor to be advisory to him and to the Principal. It shall make its recommendations after adequate hearing as determined by the President of the AC and shall submit those recommendations in writing to the Pastor for consideration and approval.
Regular AC Board meetings are held monthly from August to June of each year or as otherwise decided by the AC. These meetings are typically held the third Monday of each month at 6:30 PM in the Church conference room. These dates may be modified due to school holidays or events.
Meetings are open to all interested persons. If you would like to present / discuss a particular topic at an Advisory Council Meeting please contact the AC President no later than 14 days prior to the meeting. The AC may meet in executive or closed sessions for confidential items.
